We are a husband and wife team that started our property journey about 9 years ago. It all began when my future father in law came to visit us in a home we were renting from him. He came down in our little 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home and didn't leave for over a month. While we all have a great relationship these days, I quickly told my then boyfriend (now husband) we are buying our own home.

Our first home purchase turned into a live in renovation/flip, and then we continued to purchase, live in, renovate, and then flip for the next several years. This was all with the goal of eventually owning properties to share with others as vacation rentals.

We truly enjoy creating properties for people to visit for all sorts of occasions. It's a special thing to be able to offer our guests a space to share their family memories, celebrate life events, or just to enjoy a long weekend to get away from their daily lives.
