Cancelation Policy
We offer a flexible cancelation policy for guests.
*Guests who book for 2 weeks or less may cancel with a full refund within 48 hours prior to their check in date with a notice to host. No refund will be provided otherwise. (unless cancellation is due to natural disaster)
*Guests who book for over 2 weeks may cancel with a full refund within 2 weeks prior to their check in date with notice to host. Guests will receive a 50% refund if booked over 14 days and cancel less than 2 weeks prior to their booking.
*Please note any stay longer than 28 days does require a second clean during the guest stay which is complimentary, but will need to be scheduled between the host and guest.
*Host may cancel guests booking if a natural disaster prevents from hosting
